推进以惩治和预防腐败体系建设为重点的反腐倡廉建设,是应对当前新情况、新问题和新挑战的必然选择。自从新中国成立以来党就在不停地探索、实践反腐败斗争,这不仅丰富和发展了马克思主义政党反腐倡廉理论,而且还保证了党和国家事业的顺利发展。十八大以来,新的领导集体以前所未有的力度进行党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争,为了实现党的长期执政和国家的长治久安,通过改革机构设置,在严惩的同时加强权力的制约和监督,建立健全党纪国法,从根本上保证反腐败标本兼治。
Advancing the anti-corruption campaign that focuses on building a system of punishing and preventing corruption is an inevitable choice to deal with the current new situation, new problems and new challenges. Since the founding of new China, the party has been constantly exploring and practicing the anti-corruption struggle. This not only enriches and develops the Marxist theory of opposing corruption and building a clean government, but also guarantees the smooth development of the party and state undertakings. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the new collective leadership has taken unprecedented strides in the work of building a clean government and fighting corruption. In order to realize the party’s long-term rule of governance and the long-term peace and stability of the country, through the reform of its institutional structure, it severely punished and strengthened the restriction and supervision of power. Establish and improve the party discipline and state law, and fundamentally guarantee that both sides will tackle the root cause of corruption.
