我公司于2004年2月为山东国大黄金冶炼股份有限公司(甲方)制造1台φ3.2 m×20 m回转干燥机(由南化集团设计院设计),于12月底进行安装、调试。在空载试运行过程中,发现托轮转动呆滞、易卡阻,轴承温度居高不下,干燥机筒体上的滚圈与托轮之间产生严重磨损,致使电动机负荷加大,温度偏高,经多次调试仍然无法排除其故障。我公司组织工程技术人员对托轮装置进行了技术改造。

I organized engineering and technical personnel of the roller device for technical transformation.
