党的十四后六中全会《决议》,明确提出了新形势下加强精神文明建设的指导思想、目标任务、工作方针和重大措施,是指导全党精神文明建设的纲领性文件。这既对农发行系统深入开展思想政治工作,提出了新的要求,创造了良好的环境和条件,提供了难得的历史性机遇。同时也对农发行在开展农业政策性金融业务的过程中,怎样结合实际落实六中全会精神,加强思想政治工作,建设精神文明,保证和促进业务经营稳健发展,提出了全新的课题。现结合农业发展银行当前思想政治工作的问题症结,对新形势下政策性银行加强思想政治工作
