山西省今年将要实施“9312”工程谋煤化工大发展,即重点推进91个重点项目建设、精准帮扶37户企业、攻关12项创新技术、加快20个园区(基地)建设,力争全行业完成投资500亿元,同比增长15%,实现销售收入1 100亿元,同比增长18%。今年要加快推进潞安集团高硫煤清洁利用油化电热一体化示范项目、阳煤集团太原化工新材料园区等
Shanxi Province will implement the “9312” project to develop coal and chemical industry this year. It will focus on the construction of 91 key projects, provide accurate assistance to 37 enterprises, study 12 innovative technologies, and speed up the construction of 20 parks (bases). The industry completed an investment of 50 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15%, and achieved a sales income of 110 billion yuan, an increase of 18% over the same period last year. This year we must speed up the promotion of Luan Group’s high-sulfur coal cleansing and utilization of oil-based electric-heat integration demonstration projects, Yangmei Coal Group Taiyuan Chemical New Material Park, etc.
