[目的]观察稳心颗粒联合西药治疗早搏疗效。[方法]对34例患者,先停用原来所用的抗心律失常药物至少5个半衰期,保留扩冠、降压、抗血小板、他汀类药物等,使用稳心颗粒(主要成分:党参、黄精、三七、琥珀、甘松)治疗。治疗4周随访1周判定疗效。[结果]显效22例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率91.17%。心律失常频次(包括室上性和室性早搏)较治疗前有所下降(P<0.001)。[结论]稳心颗粒联合西药治疗早搏的临床疗效满意,能有效降低患者心律失常频次。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Wenxin Granule combined with Western medicine on premature beat. [Method] To 34 patients, disable anti-arrhythmic drugs used at least 5 half-lives, retain crown, antihypertensive, anti-platelet, statins and so on, use Wenxin granules (main components: Panax, Amber, Nansong) treatment. Treated 4 weeks followed up 1 week to determine the efficacy. [Result] 22 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 91.17%. Arrhythmia frequency (including supraventricular and ventricular premature beats) decreased compared with that before treatment (P <0.001). [Conclusion] The clinical curative effect of Wenshen granule combined with Western medicine on premature beat is satisfactory, which can effectively reduce the frequency of arrhythmia in patients.
