有关碳酸锂治疗引起皮肤副反应的报告很少,本文将我们遇到的1例报告如下。患者男性,60岁,农民。住院号:19012。既往患有牛皮癣病史20年余,近6年来一直未出现皮肤损害。于1991年4月因患躁狂症住院,用碳酸锂0.5每日二次治疗。56天后,患者四肢、躯干及头面部出现散在的鳞屑性红色斑丘疹,瘙痒,尤以四肢远端较重。此时查血锂浓度为0.6mmol/l,诊断为牛皮癣复发。治疗未见好转。停用碳酸锂,改服氯氮平,9天后皮
