根据1987年2月激光网、红外网网组长扩大会议关于增设半导体光电器件及应用专业组的决定,激光网于1987年11月24日在石家庄市召开了新专业组正式成立会议。出席会议的有来自电子部、机械委、铁道部、教委、邮电部、天津市电子局、长春市电子局等系统的16个单位26名代表。会议由网长杨臣华同志主持,历时三天。会议经民主协商,确定电子部13所任激光网半导
According to the February 1987 laser network, infrared network leader to expand the meeting on the additional set of semiconductor optoelectronic devices and applications of professional group decision, laser network in November 24, 1987 in Shijiazhuang City, held a new professional group formally established. Twenty-six representatives from 16 units including Electronics Department, Machinery Commission, Ministry of Railways, Education Commission, Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, Tianjin Electronic Administration Bureau and Changchun Electronic Bureau attended the meeting. The meeting chaired by the commander Yang Chenhua, lasted three days. The meeting was held through democratic consultation to identify the semiconductor network for the electronics department
