前载脂蛋白A-I(proapoA-I)是载脂蛋白A-I(apoA-I)的前体,在血浆中proapoA-I转换酶的作用下.转变为成熟的apoA-I.作者测定了肝病患者血浆proapoA-I及其转换酶活性、apoA-I、HDL亚型和肝功能等指标,探讨对肝硬化的诊断价值.对象及方法:肝硬化23例,其中失代偿期6例,代偿期17例.慢性肝炎9例.均由临床表现、生化指标、腹部超声及CT证实.健康成人21例为对照组.血浆proapoA-I测定应用ELISA;proapoA-I转
Pre apolipoprotein AI (proapoA-I) is a precursor of apolipoprotein AI (apoA-I) that is converted to mature apoA-I by the action of proapoA-I converting enzyme in the plasma. proapoA-I and its converting enzyme activity, apoA-I, HDL isoforms and liver function and other indicators to explore the diagnostic value of cirrhosis.Objects and Methods: Liver cirrhosis in 23 cases, of which decompensated in 6 cases, decompensated 17 cases.Chronic hepatitis in 9 cases.All confirmed by clinical manifestations, biochemical indicators, abdominal ultrasound and CT.The healthy adult 21 cases as the control group.The plasma proapoA-I determination by ELISA; proapoA-I turn
