北京医学院泌尿外科研究所,应用输尿管肾盂镜取石法治疗输尿管结石获得良好效果。输尿管肾盂镜是一种新型泌尿系内窥镜,为金属不可弯窥镜。操作系统经过尿道直接插入输尿管,并可达肾盂内,能在直视下对输尿管和肾盂进行诊断及治疗。于一九八四年十月应用于临床,为九例输尿管结石患者取出结石;为一例右肾及输尿管上段积水伴血尿的患者明确了诊断并进行治疗,取得满意效
Institute of Urology, Beijing Medical College, the application of ureteroscopic ureteral stone treatment of ureteral calculi obtained good results. Ureteroscopy is a new type of urinary endoscope, a metal refractory speculum. The operating system is directly inserted into the urethra through the urethra, and up to the renal pelvis, the ureter and renal pelvis can be diagnosed and treated under direct vision. Was applied to clinical practice in October 1984 to remove stones in nine patients with ureteral calculi. The diagnosis and treatment of one patient with right kidney and upper ureteral hemorrhage with hematuria achieved satisfactory results
