《开发研究》1987年继续保持本刊宗旨,刊登探讨以西部为主的我国不发达地区经济、社会、科技、文化开发的重大理论与实际问题的稿件。重点栏目有西部发展战略;陇海—兰新经济带发展研究;三线经济研究;开发经济学。西北发展战略是“七五”期间国家的社会科学重点研究课题。它涉及到西北的地区发展战略,资源的开发与利用,技术的引进与协作,资金的筹集与使用,产业结构的合理配置,对外贸易与开放等各个领域。具有研究范围广、理论要求高,实践性强的特点。我刊将通过西部发展战略专栏,陆续刊登这一课题的研究报告,并通过本刊给热心于西部发展战略研究的作者提供阵地,提供信息,提供资料。
