西方国家工人阶级意识总体上经历了从萌芽到相对凸显,进而又趋向淡化的过程。但当前,西方国家工人阶级意识出现了局部有限的复苏,在阶级归属感、联合意识以及抗议行动等方面都表现出新的特征。究其原因,既有资本主义制度性弊端所造成的经济危机的推动,也有工人阶级对自身阶级地位认识逐渐清醒趋势的激发。此外,西方国家共产党组织的积极应对,也对唤醒工人阶级意识起到了促进作用。运用马克思主义阶级理论和阶级分析方法正确认识和评价西方国家工人阶级意识的新变化和新特征,对研究西方国家社会主义运动状况具有重要的理论和实践意义。
The awareness of the working class in Western countries generally went through a process of sprouting to relative highlighting, which in turn tended to weaken. However, at present, the limited recovery of working class consciousness in Western countries has shown some new features in terms of class belonging, joint awareness and protest actions. The reason is that both the impetus of the economic crisis caused by the systemic defects of capitalism and the gradual sober awakening of the working class’s understanding of its own class status have also been stimulated. In addition, the active response of the Communist organizations in western countries also played a role in arousing the awareness of the working class. Correctly recognizing and appraising the new changes and new features of the working class consciousness in western countries by using Marxist class theory and class analysis method is of great theoretical and practical significance for studying the socialist movement in Western countries.
