国内目前大型磷复肥装置设备经过多年的摸索、实践,虽然国产化率越来越高,但几个关键设备的核心部件依然依赖进口。大型磷复肥企业投入巨资引进的设备,在使用中也不是尽如人意,有的是我们消化吸收不好所导致的安装、使用管理问题,有的是产品部件设计缺陷。通过收集整理存在的问题及改进方法,拟实现关键设备的长周期安全稳定运行,促进我国磷复肥生产技术的不断发展。
Domestic large-scale phosphate compound fertilizer plant equipment after years of exploration, practice, although the localization rate is getting higher and higher, but the key components of several key equipment is still dependent on imports. Large-scale phosphate compound fertilizer companies invested heavily in the introduction of equipment, is not satisfactory in use, some are caused by our poor digestion and absorption of the installation, use management issues, and some product design defects. Through collecting and sorting out existing problems and improving methods, it is proposed to achieve long-term safe and stable operation of key equipment and to promote the continuous development of phosphate compound fertilizer production technology in China.
