患者男,49岁,因头痛20余天入院。患者既往体健,体检未见阳性体征。头颅CT平扫:左侧脑室旁颞顶叶区可见一不规则状低密度影,边界大部分较清,截面大小5.1 cm×3.9 cm,其内未见钙化影,后部边缘呈稍高密度,前外缘周围见低密度水肿区,左侧脑室三角区和后角受压,中线结构局部右偏,右侧侧脑室稍扩张(图1、2)。颅脑MRI:左颞顶叶可见一7.3 cm×4.0 cm×5.4 cm长T1、长T2信号囊实性肿块,周围见片状
