以我国主栽的32个鸭茅品种(系)为研究对象,对其开展了DUS测试,并基于农艺性状进行了综合评价筛选,以期筛选出适合我国南方及长江流域地区生长的优质鸭茅种质资源。结果表明:供试鸭茅品种(系)可根据其物候期的差异,主要分为早、中、晚熟3种类型,生育期介于230~307d。各供试鸭茅品种(系)在抗锈病、越夏率、生长速度、草产量、茎叶比、鲜干比、分蘖数等均差异明显,呈现出不同程度的群体差异,以‘滇北’、‘01472’、‘Cristobal’、‘宝兴’、‘波特’等表现较为突出。供试14个DUS性状在各鸭茅间表达程度各不相同,可用于区分供试鸭茅品种(系),并得出关于鸭茅产量、抗性及品质的供试种质综合排序,最终筛选出17份表现较为优异的鸭茅资源。
Based on 32 Dactylis glomerata cultivars (lines) mainly cultivated in China, the DUS test was carried out and the comprehensive evaluation and screening based on agronomic traits were carried out in order to screen out the best Daphnia magna suitable for growing in the south of China and the Yangtze River valley Quality resources. The results showed that the varieties (lines) of Dactylis glomerata were divided into three types of early, middle and late maturity according to the phenophase differences, and the growth period ranged from 230 days to 307 days. The results showed that there were significant differences among the tested varieties (lines) in rust resistance, over summer rate, growth rate, grass yield, stem / leaf ratio, fresh / dry ratio and tiller number, ’,’ 01472 ’,’ Cristobal ’,’ Baoxing ’,’ Porter ’and other performance is more prominent. The 14 DUS traits tested differed from each other, and could be used to differentiate the cultivars (lines) of Datian schoenicola, and the comprehensive ranking of the tested germplasms for yield, resistance and quality of Dactylis glomerata was obtained. Finally, A total of 17 samples of Dactylis glomerata were screened out.
