目的识别和分析深圳市龙岗区某民用光伏照明新建设项目(简称新建项目)产生的职业病危害因素,确定其危害风险分类。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测、检查表法等方法对新建项目进行预评价。结果该新建项目主要的职业病危害因素为:高温、噪声、其他粉尘、异丙醇、甲醇、乙酸甲酯、二氯甲烷、甲苯、二甲苯、铅烟。类比工程检测结果提示,化学有害因素的合格率均为100%;装周转箱岗位噪声强度为81.9 d B(A),是噪声作业岗位;层压机岗位湿球黑球温度指数为31.5~32.5℃,是高温作业岗位。此外,新建项目在总体布局、生产工艺及设备布局、职业病防护设施、应急救援设施、辅助用室、职业卫生管理、职业健康监护等方面基本符合职业卫生法律法规的要求。结论该项目属于“职业病危害风险较重”的项目,应重点关注装周转箱岗位噪声和层压机岗位高温的职业病防护。
Objective To identify and analyze the hazard factors of occupational diseases caused by a new construction project of civilian photovoltaic lighting in Longgang District, Shenzhen (hereinafter referred to as the new project), and determine the hazard risk classification. Methods Pre-evaluation of new projects was conducted by field occupational health survey, workplace occupational hazards test, checklist method and so on. Results The main occupational hazards of the new project were: high temperature, noise, other dust, isopropanol, methanol, methyl acetate, dichloromethane, toluene, xylene and lead smoke. The test results of analog engineering suggest that the pass rates of chemical harmful factors are both 100%; the noise intensity of the turnover box is 81.9 d B (A), which is a noise job post; the temperature index of the black ball of the wet ball of the laminating machine is 31.5 ~ 32.5 ℃, is a high-temperature jobs. In addition, the newly built projects basically met the requirements of occupational health laws and regulations in terms of overall layout, production technology and equipment layout, occupational disease protection facilities, emergency rescue facilities, auxiliary rooms, occupational health management and occupational health monitoring. Conclusion This project belongs to the project of “occupational disease risk is heavy”, and should focus on occupational disease protection of post box noise and laminating machine post high temperature.
