改革开放以来,随着外部市场意识的日益深化以及内部体制改革的不断推进,电力企业员工结构也呈现出越来越多样化的趋势,其思想也变得尤为复杂,对电力企业工会工作的要求不断提高。这样一来,电力企业的工会在开展工作时,所面对的困难也就越来越多。特别是在党中央提出科学发展观的大背景下,在对以人为本理念进行积极倡导和发扬的形势下,电力企业的工会如何更好的开展工作,为企业员工提供更好的发展环境与条件,以更好地推动电力企业的发展,就成为迫在眉睫的一件大事。本文拟从电力企业开展工会工作的现状以及电力企业开展工会工作的对策两个方面进行阐释,以期加深对这一问题的认识与理解程度。
