本文以湖北大学知行学院为例,阐述独立学院图书馆在读者服务中存在的问题,并以创新网络服务为重点,分析了提高读者服务质量的几种手段。
This paper takes Zhi Xing College of Hubei University as an example to illustrate the problems existing in independent college library service for readers and focuses on innovation network service and analyzes several means to improve readers’ service quality.
