针对铝合金MIG焊接过程中焊缝加强高检测的难题,提出一种基于线光源的视觉检测方法.通过CCD视觉系统获取45°条形激光从正上方对焊缝照射所形成的正面投影信息,采用基于线光源视觉提取的方法,获得焊缝加强高曲线对焊缝加强高的检测.对实际测得的焊缝加强高与用视觉提取算法获得的焊缝加强高数据进行对比,二者的误差平均值约为0.02 mm,达到工业标准要求,证明基于线光源焊缝加强高视觉检测方法作为铝合金MIG焊焊缝加强高检测是可行的.
