为探讨细胞周期负性调控因子p57~(kip2)、视网膜母细胞瘤(Rb)基因蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在胰腺癌发生、发展中的作用,应用免疫组织化学技术(SP法),对32例胰腺癌及癌旁组织中p57~(kip2)、Rb蛋白和PCNA表达进行检测。结果表明。p57~(kip2)蛋白阳性表达率在胰腺癌组织中为46.9%,显著低于癌旁组织(P<0.05),并与胰腺癌组织分化程度相关(P<0.05),而与淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05);Rb基因蛋白阳性表达率在胰腺癌组织中为50.0%,显著低于癌旁组织(P<0.05);PCNA阳性表达率在胰腺癌组织中为71.9%,显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),并与胰腺癌组织分化程度和淋巴结转移均相关(P<0.05)。p57~(kip2)阳性组胰腺癌中Rb基因蛋白的阳性表达率为53.3%,p57~(kip2)阴性胰腺癌中Rb基因蛋白的阳性表达率为47.1%,两者差异无显著意义(x~2=0.125,P>0.05),且无相关性(r=0.16507,P>0.05)。结论:p57~(kip2)、Rb蛋白和PCNA与胰腺癌发生或发展密切相关。
To investigate the role of the cell cycle negative regulatory factors p57 (kip2), retinoblastoma (Rb) gene protein and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer, immunohistochemistry (SP method) The expressions of p57 kip2, Rb protein and PCNA in 32 cases of pancreatic cancer and adjacent normal tissues were detected. The results show. The positive rate of p57 ~ (kip2) protein was 46.9% in pancreatic cancer tissues, which was significantly lower than that in paracancerous tissues (P <0.05), and correlated with the degree of differentiation of pancreatic cancer (P <0.05), but not with lymph node metastasis P> 0.05). The positive expression rate of Rb protein in pancreatic cancer tissues was 50.0%, which was significantly lower than that in paracancer tissues (P <0.05). The positive expression rate of PCNA in pancreatic cancer tissues was 71.9% (P <0.05), which was correlated with the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The positive expression rate of Rb protein in pancreatic adenocarcinoma of p57 (kip2) positive group was 53.3%, the positive rate of Rb gene protein in p57 (kip2) negative pancreatic carcinoma was 47.1%, there was no significant difference between them (x ~ 2 = 0.125, P> 0.05), and no correlation (r = 0.16507, P> 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of p57 kip2, Rb protein and PCNA are closely related to the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer.
