对１０８例高脂血症患者和１２８例正常血脂者的载脂蛋白Ｂ基因ＸｂａＩ多态性进行分析，结果显示：Ｘ＋（第２６外显子存在多态切点）基因频率为０．０４，远低于西方高加索人种，Ｘ－（无多态切点）基因频率为０．９６。无论正常血脂组成高血脂组，不同基因型（Ｘ＋Ｘ－和Ｘ－Ｘ－）的血浆总胆固醇及甘油三酯水平差别均不显著，高血酯组与正常血酯组相比，Ｘ＋Ｘ－与Ｘ－Ｘ－的发生频率差别也无显著性·冠心病患者６９例与对照７５例的载脂蛋白Ｂ基因ＥｃｏＲＩ多态性分析显示全部于第２９外显子均存在切点，无多态现象
Analysis of XbaI polymorphism of apolipoprotein B gene in 108 patients with hyperlipidemia and 128 patients with normal blood lipids showed that the gene frequency of X + (exon 26 polymorphism) was 0.04, Much lower than in Western Caucasians, the gene frequency of X- (polymorphic) was 0.96.
