(一)一九八○年西双版纳气候的两大特点 一九八○年总的气候特点是:上半年(五月中旬前)严重高温干旱,雨季开始正常到偏早,夏后雨水调匀,雨量适中,基本无夏旱洪涝,多为阵性降水,雨过天晴,光照充足,雨季结束早,三秋天气晴好,年雨量比常年偏少70—330毫米,其分布特点是两头少中间多,年平均气温比常年偏高0.7—0.9℃,自然灾害少。从热水资源对农业生产的影响来看,特别是中海拔地区的勐海热量条件更优于雨量条件。
