目的:探讨中西医结合治疗老年慢性支气管炎患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析灵武市中医医院内一科2013年7月至2014年6月期间收治的56例老年慢性支气管炎患者的临床资料,采用数字单双号的模式分为对照组(西药治疗)与观察组(中西医结合治疗),每组各28例,比较两组病人的临床疗效。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率明显优于对照组。结论:采用中西医结合治疗老年慢性支气管炎,能够显著提升临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods: The clinical data of 56 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to our department from July 2013 to June 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into control group (western medicine group) And observation group (Integrative Medicine), 28 cases in each group, comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was significantly better than that of control group. Conclusion: The treatment of senile chronic bronchitis by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the clinical curative effect and is worthy of clinical application.
