一、前言 此报告总结由运算功能组件(ALU)和控制功能组件(PLA)构成的微型计算机中的微处理机。我们用集成注入逻辑(I~2L)作成ALU,通过整机的联调,证明I~2L所固有的问题如抢电流、抗干扰等等一系列问题都是不难克服的。 大家知道,I~2L是一种近几年内发展起来的新型双极电路,由于这种逻辑电路元件之间不需隔离、横向PNP晶体管和纵向NPN晶体管配对、功耗低、摆幅小以及工艺简单、光刻次数少等等优点,使集成度、成品率较其他的TTL双极电路都有较大的提高,这是实现双极大规模集成电路的一条很好的途径。
I. INTRODUCTION This report summarizes the microprocessors in a microcomputer consisting of an arithmetic function unit (ALU) and a control function unit (PLA).
