急性白血病末梢血白细胞多在10万/立方毫米以下,少数可达20万/立方毫米,我院曾收治一例急性淋巴细胞白血病,其末梢血白细胞高达108万/立方毫米,现报告如下:患者,男,33岁。因半月来齿龈出血,全身皮肤瘀点伴乏力、多汗,于1984年10月10日入院。既往体健。体检见急性病容,面色苍白,躯干及四肢可见瘀点及瘀斑。颈部、锁骨上、腋下及腹股沟区可触及黄豆至拇指大小不等淋巴结,质韧,活动。胸骨明显压痛。肝右肋下5厘米,质中边钝。脾左肋下6厘米,
