在水质大肠菌群检验的研究过程中,国外创造了“七小时快速检验固体培养基法”,可在8小时内得出结果,要比常规72小时多管发酵法及24小时过滤膜法快得多。但该法存在着所有固体培养基共有的弊病,即贮存时间短,需临时用临时配,费时费力及耗量大等。为解决这些问题,我们研制成功了“安瓿式七小时液体培养基法”,弥补了固体培养基的不足,具有存放时间长,使用方便、随用随取、效果可靠、节省费用等优点。国外ge1dreich等创造了粪大肠菌群七小时快速检验法,用于水质的粪大肠菌群检验,省力、省时、效果好,是一种理想的检验方法。到目前为止,还未发现国内有应用此法的文章发表。我们于1983年4月开始,一方面对此方法进行验证;另一方面加以改进,研制成功了“安瓿式液体培养基”。实验证明,安瓿式液体培养基效果好、稳定性强,培养出的菌落特征与原文报道的相同,使这种新的快速检验法更加完善,简便而实用。现简报如下。
