我们于1988年5月,从福州动物园严重感染的河马创面分泌物中,分离出嗜水气单胞菌,现报道如下。 一、病例简介 雄性河马,11岁。1988年3月,颈、臀、足等多处皮肤被划破。伤口大小不等,表现四肢无力,行动困难,移置屋内水池饲养。迁延两月未愈,并发展到全身大面积溃疡,疼痛,厌食,触之抽搐,精神萎糜。于1988年5月做细菌培养,从创面分泌物中连续7次分离出嗜水气单胞菌。抗生素敏感试验结果显示对庆大霉素最为敏感,故用大剂量全身及皮肤局部施药,于当年6月痊愈。
