甘洛县地处四川省西南、大凉山北部。县国税局组建五年来,49名干部职工艰苦创业、奋发向上,向党和人民交出了份份满意的答卷:刚组建的1994年,便完成收入1066万元,1995年完成收入2031万元,比上年增长92.25%,以后每年都以10%以上的速度递增。1999年在征管范围调整、市场疲软、税源减少的情况下,通过加强征管,仍完成收入3069万元,比上年增加3.82%,实现了五年迈出五大步,一年上一新台阶。与此同时,精神文明建设也结出了丰硕的成果,先后获得了“州国税系统先进集体”、“州文明单位标兵”、“档案管理
