《珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要》对深圳特区提出了新的战略定位,应基于当前深圳面临的新机遇、新挑战,以自主创新力度的加大、产业结构的调整和深港的合作交流为支撑,通过进一步扩大服务领域的开放和进一步推动经济管理体制对服务经济的适应来推动深圳服务经济发展。
The Outline of the Plan for Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta put forward a new strategic orientation for the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. Based on the new opportunities and new challenges confronting Shenzhen at present, we should make efforts to increase the independent innovation, adjust the industrial structure and promote the cooperation and exchange between Shenzhen and Hong Kong Support and promote the service economy in Shenzhen by further expanding the service sector’s opening up and further promoting the adaptation of the economic management system to the service economy.
