目的探讨不同颅内支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞颅内动脉瘤的有效性和安全性。方法选取来本院进行颅内支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞的130例颅内动脉瘤患者（动脉瘤共130个）,随机分为A组和B组,每组65例,A组患者应用Solitaire AB支架,B组应用enterprise支架。比较两组颅内动脉瘤栓塞效果和并发症发生情况。结果 A组致密栓塞比例为38.46%,与B组的40.00%无明显差异（P〉0.05）;A组患者并发症发生率为10.77%,与B组的12.31%无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论 Solitaire AB支架和en
