本文利用CFD软件对佛山某拟建住宅小区进行风环境数值模拟,选取了夏季和冬季两个典型工况进行数值计算,并结合绿色建筑评价标准对小区内冬夏两季自然通风的要求,对模拟结果进行了热舒适分析。结果显示现有建筑布局能很好的促进小区内自然通风,提高室外行人活动区的热舒适性。本文根据模拟结果也对小区内局部存在的风环境问题提出了改进措施,给建筑的优化设计提供了参考依据。
In this paper, the CFD software is used to simulate the wind environment in a proposed residential area in Foshan. Two typical conditions in summer and winter are selected for numerical calculation. Combined with the requirements of green building evaluation standard for natural ventilation in winter and summer, Results Thermal comfort analysis was performed. The results show that the existing building layout can well promote the natural ventilation in the residential area and improve the thermal comfort of the outdoor pedestrian activity area. Based on the simulation results, this paper also puts forward some improvement measures to the local wind environment in the district, which provides a reference for the optimal design of the building.
