目的:观察六味地黄丸合补阳还五汤治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法:对60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,即六味地黄丸合补阳还五汤治疗组40例,对照组20例,分别治疗后比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组显效率72.5%,有效率92.5%,明显高于对照组(40%,70%)(P<0.05),且未见明显不良反应。结论:六味地黄丸合补阳还五汤治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Liuweidihuangwan combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups: 40 cases in Liuweidihuangwan combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction group and 20 cases in control group. The curative effect was compared between the two groups after treatment. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 72.5%, the effective rate was 92.5%, significantly higher than that of the control group (40%, 70%) (P <0.05), and no obvious adverse reactions were found. Conclusion: Liuweidihuangwan combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction safe and effective treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
