河南省气候和土壤等生态条件均适于种植小麦。全省常年小麦种植面积稳定在7000万亩以上,约占全国小麦面积的1/6。因此,提高小麦产量水平,不仅对我省乃至对全国的国民经济发展具有举足轻重的作用。目前,制约我省小麦产量进一步提高的技术因素很多,但主要是播量偏大,加之管理不当,往往造成群体过大,后期病虫严重,贪青倒伏,粒重下降,产量不高。根据我省的气候特点及小麦“两长一短”的生长发育规律,在小麦栽培技术上总的指导思想应是:稳定穗数,主攻粒重。在前期以减少播量和增施磷肥为主的基础上,大力加强以病虫害防治为重
Henan Province, climate and soil and other ecological conditions are suitable for growing wheat. The province’s perennial wheat planting area stabilized at more than 7000 mu, accounting for about 1/6 of the country’s wheat area. At present, there are many technical factors restricting the further improvement of wheat yield in our province.
