笔者2007年接手文书档案工作时,我局已开始运用湖南省电力公司研发的湖南省电力档案管理系统管理文书档案工作。在熟悉文书档案管理工作过程发现我局使用的档案管理系统是一个功能非常强大且较为先进的现代化档案管理系统。它既能覆盖整个湖南电力系统,又能实现档案系统与其它相关系统无缝链接。同时,可以在全省系统内实现授权下的多方式数据查询及电子文件
When I took over the work of file archives in 2007, the bureau has started to use the files of Hunan Province Electricity File Management System Management Instruments developed by Hunan Electric Power Company.
