目的 :研究胎盘型谷胱甘肽硫转移酶 (GST Pi)在非小细胞性肺癌的表达及临床意义。方法 :用免疫组化SABC法、图像分析和免疫电镜胶体金技术 ,检测 2 3例非小细胞性肺癌手术切除标本GST Pi的表达状况。结果 :2 3例标本中免疫组化染色阳性 19例 ,阳性率为 82 .6% ( 19/2 3) ,其中肺鳞癌为 10 0 %( 12 /12 ) ,肺腺癌阳性率为 63.6% ( 7/11)。肺鳞癌阳性表达的平均光密度明显高于肺腺癌 (P <0 .0 5)。肿瘤细胞内的胶体金阳性颗粒主要位于核内异染色质和溶酶体。结论 :GST -Pi的高表达与非小细胞性肺癌密切相关 ,对非小细胞性肺癌特别是鳞癌的诊断有一定意义。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of placental glutathione S-transferase (GST-Pi) in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: The immunohistochemical SABC method, image analysis and immunoelectron microscopic colloidal gold technique were used to detect the expression of GST Pi in 23 cases of non-small cell lung cancer resected specimens. Results: The positive rate of immunohistochemical staining in 19 samples was 82.6% (19/2 3), of which lung squamous cell carcinoma was 100% (12/12) and the positive rate of lung adenocarcinoma was 63.6 % (7/11). The average optical density of squamous cell carcinoma positive expression was significantly higher than that of lung adenocarcinoma (P <0.05). Colloidal gold-positive particles in tumor cells are mainly located in the nucleus heterochromatin and lysosomes. Conclusion: The high expression of GST-Pi is closely related to non-small cell lung cancer, and has certain significance for the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer, especially squamous cell carcinoma.
