高校基层团组织是高校共青团工作的基础,是团的工作和活动的基本单位,它与广大青年学生保持着最直接最广泛的联系,是高等教育的重要育人基地。在当今高校管理改革过程中,基层团组织建设仍然存在诸多薄弱环节。本文从一次五四红旗团支部评比谈起,以小见大,深入探讨了当前高校基层团组织建设和管理中存在的问题,对如何加强高校基层团组织建设提出了相应对策,以期充分发挥其应有的职能。
The grassroots organizations in colleges and universities are the foundation of the CYL work in colleges and universities and the basic unit of the CYL’s work and activities. They maintain the most direct and extensive contacts with the vast majority of young students and are an important base for educating the higher education. In the management reform of colleges and universities, there are still many weak links in the building of grassroots organizations. This article starts with the evaluation of the branch of the May Fourth Red Flag League, discusses the problems in the current construction and management of the grass-roots league organizations in universities, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to how to strengthen the construction of the grass-roots league organizations in colleges so as to give full play to their Due function.
