我院于1988～1993年收治6例病毒性脑炎合并皮质盲,男2例,女4例;年龄最小4月,最大8岁,其中3～5岁4例。起病时间最短1天,最长40多天。6例均有失明、低热及抽搐。昏迷、失语、中枢性呼吸衰竭、面瘫、肌张力增高各1例,颈抵抗2例,巴氏征阳性4例。所有病例眼球活动、眼底检查均正常。脑脊液无异常1例,白细胞轻度升高5例(0.02～0.072×10~9/L),以淋巴细胞为主;蛋白轻度升高2例(0.50～0.70g/L),糖、氯化物均正常。脑电图弥漫性异常5例(1例病重未做),头颅CT检查4例,3例正常,1例示多发性脑软化灶。入院后给病毒
