“民办小园”凭借着“少投入、低收费、近区域”等优势,吸引着众多家长,人们关注较多的是如何提升这个群体的办园质量,规范园所的发展,不让其拖后腿,对小园教师的职业生活的实际状态却忽略了。调查显示,和公办幼儿园及大型民办幼儿园教师相比,小园教师要承受更多家长要求、安全管理、专业素质提升等方面的压力,教师们自觉工作前景渺茫,缺少坚定的职业信仰。本文从关注民办小园教师的内部需求出发,提出加强师德教育、促进专业成长、确立共同愿景等内部管理措施,积极探索有效地缓解民办小园教师压力的策略。
“Private small garden” attracts many parents because of its advantages of “less investment, lower fees and charges, and closer area”. People pay more attention to how to improve the quality of the park and standardize the development of the park, Do not let it be delayed, the actual status of the small garden teacher’s professional life is ignored. The survey shows that compared with public kindergartens and large-scale private kindergarten teachers, kindergarten teachers are subject to more parental demands, safety management and professional quality improvement. Teachers have little prospect of conscious work and lack of firm professional beliefs. Starting from paying attention to the internal demand of private small garden teachers, this paper proposes internal management measures such as strengthening teacher education, promoting professional growth and establishing a common vision, and actively explores strategies to effectively relieve the pressure on private small garden teachers.
