今年6月,甘肃省委、省政府颁发《关于进一步做好人才开发工作的决定》,要求各级党委、政府一定要确立优先开发人才资源的发展思路,为甘肃省顺利实施西部大开发战略提供人才保证。《决定》的颁发,拉开了甘肃省新一轮人才资源开发热潮的序幕。为了宣传甘肃省企业人才开发中的成功经验,让更多的有识之士关心、支持甘肃企业人才开发工作,本刊记者近日去甘肃省部分企业进行了采访,今小辑刊出,以飨读者。
