1 真帮河北省武安市阳邑镇北西井村村委针对农村电工待遇低、人心不稳的现状,为3名村电工制定了3 500元的年工资标准,即电工从阳邑镇柳河电管站领取的工资基础上,不足部分年底再为电工补齐3500元.还为他们安排了清洁维护村内街道等项工作,完成此项工作每名村电工的年工资定额为2 600元.上述两项工资合计6100元,从根本上解除了农村电工因待遇低而不安心工作的状况.使他们人人爱岗敬业,用电管理工作扎扎实实.
