我国是一个有着悠久历史的农业大国,以农民为主体的中华民族曾经创造了光辉灿烂的古代文明,为人类作出了巨大的贡献。党的十一届三中全会以来,我国农村发生了翻天覆地的巨变,并且深刻地影响了我国的社会主义现代化进程,这其中也包括农民从土地上解放出来和在为城市的发展中所作出的贡献。我国目前仍处于社会主义初级阶段,农业问题、农民问题仍是我国社会的主要问题之一。本刊发表此文,目的是引起大家对农民问题特别是农民犯罪问题的高度重视,并对之开展深入的探讨与争鸣。
Our country is a big agricultural country with a long history. The Chinese nation, with the peasants as the mainstay, has created a glorious ancient civilization and made enormous contributions to mankind. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Party, tremendous changes have taken place in the countryside in our country and have profoundly affected the process of socialist modernization in our country. These include the peasants’ liberation from the land and their contribution to the development of the city contribution. At present, our country is still in the primary stage of socialism. The problems of agriculture and peasants are still one of the major problems in our society. The publication of this article, the purpose is to arouse everyone’s peasant problems, especially peasants crime attaches great importance to, and carried out in-depth discussions and contention.
