补阳还五汤联合甲钴胺针剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

目的观察补阳还五汤联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法将120例DPN患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组采用补阳还五汤联合甲钴胺治疗;对照组采用甲钴胺治疗,疗程12周。观察2组临床疗效和治疗前后腓总神经、正中神经运动传导速度(MNCV)和感觉传导速度(SNCV)。结果治疗12周后,治疗组总有效率为85.0%高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组腓总神经、正中神经MMCV、SNCV比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后2组腓总神经、正中神经MMCV、SNCV均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合甲钴胺治疗DPN有协同作用,具有较好的临床疗效,能改善神经传导速度,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods 120 patients with DPN were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 60 cases. The treatment group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with mecobalamin; the control group was treated with methylcobalamin for 12 weeks. The clinical effects and the common peroneal nerve, median nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) and sensory conduction velocity (SNCV) were observed in two groups before and after treatment. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 85.0% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences between the two groups (P> 0.05). However, the average number of MMC and SNCV in the common peroneal nerve and median nerve in the two groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment Control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with mecobalamin has synergistic effect on DPN, has good clinical curative effect, can improve nerve conduction velocity, and is worthy of clinical application.
