病例选择:本组48例均为住院的门脉性肝硬变失代偿期患者,其中3例经甲胎蛋白测定和B型超声检查证实合并有肝癌。男性39例,女性9例。最大年龄72岁,最小18岁。
Case selection: The group of 48 patients were hospitalized patients with decompensated portal hypertension, of which 3 cases were confirmed by alpha fetoprotein and B-mode ultrasound combined with liver cancer. 39 males and 9 females. The oldest is 72 years old and the youngest is 18 years old.
