加快节能新技术研发和产业化推广,加快推进替代能源多元化应用,加快推动在制造产业的发展,是内燃机行业节能减排的发展思路。中国内燃机工业协会常务副会长兼秘书长邢敏介绍说,中国内燃机工业“十二五”规划发展的重点工作之一,就是发展低耗能、低排放汽车及各种代用燃料的发动机。他表示,内燃机全行业的发展战略就是争取在2020年左右,实现由生产大国转变为生产强国的宏伟目标,为实现我国经济转型升级和提高社会生态效益做出积极的贡献。

Xing Min, executive vice chairman and secretary general of China’s Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association, said that one of the key tasks of China’s internal combustion engine industry in the “12th Five-Year Plan” is to develop engines with low energy consumption, low emissions and various alternative fuels . He said that the development strategy for the entire industry of the internal combustion engine is to strive for achieving the grand goal of becoming a powerhouse nation by producing power by 2020 and make a positive contribution to realizing China’s economic restructuring and upgrading and enhancing social and ecological benefits.
