离子色谱技术作为绿色化学技术的代表之一,具有灵敏度高、选择性好、同时测定多组分和环境友好等优点。本文介绍了离子色谱技术的3个主要特点,接着对国内环境与食品领域离子色谱技术相关国家标准进行分类总结。最后,结合实例介绍了离子色谱技术通过环境监控、水质分析、食品成分分析、药物杂质确认等领域的广泛应用,已成为复杂基体中超痕量离子态化合物分析的有效工具。但是,离子色谱技术仍需不断深入和拓宽其应用领域,加快技术标准化工作,进一步凸显其特殊的应用价值。
As one of the representatives of green chemistry technology, ion chromatography has the advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity, simultaneous determination of multi-component and environment-friendly. This article describes the three main features of ion chromatography technology, followed by the domestic environment and food ion chromatography related to national standards for classification. Finally, the practical application of ion chromatography technology in environmental monitoring, water quality analysis, food composition analysis and drug impurity confirmation is introduced. It has become an effective tool for the analysis of ultra-trace ionic compounds in complex matrix. However, ion chromatography technology still need to continue to deepen and broaden its application areas, speed up the standardization of technology, further highlighting its special application value.
