目前,各种部门机构的财政管理制度改革己向纵深发展,对承担着清运垃圾、清扫路面工作的乡镇环境卫生所的财务管理也有了新的要求。借助乡镇环境卫生所的财务管理来提升其理财水平的做法,既可以保证其资金的安全有效使用,又能够促进经济的健康有序发展。
