凭借0.8设计系数、3种防腐补口工艺、国产燃驱压缩机组在西气东输工程三线(以下简称西三线)西段3标段规模化应用,标志着西三线成为我国目前科技含量最高的一条能源动脉。西三线西段3标段从新疆鄯善连木沁压气站至哈密红柳压气站,全长499.32km,管径1 219mm,材质为X80,设计压力为12MPa。随着国内天然气需求量的不断增加,提高新建管道输送效率势在必行。增加输量需要通过加大管材壁厚、提高钢级、提高设计系数等方法来实现。
