All things long, people’s livelihood is big. Building a harmonious socialist society, people’s livelihood is even more fundamental. At the Tenth Party Congress of Jilin Province, it was clearly stated that the goal of “scientific development, accelerating rejuvenation and making the urban and rural residents live a better life” is a distinct theme that leads and runs through the province at present and for a period to come. It is also the guideline for appraising and testing the fundamental standards of all the work.
