高校图书馆把就业教育贯穿读者服务之中,是一种新的读者服务观。做好这项工作,有利于学校的可持续发展,有利于社会的安定。就业教育包括帮助毕业生树立就业的信心,教育他们遵守职业道德,指导他们设计应聘的职场形象,正确处理欲望与现实的关系,树立新的就业观念。转变图书馆的服务观念、开辟就业教育宣传栏、举办读者就业讲座、开展图书馆员工的联系活动、提供就业信息等,是图书馆把就业教育贯穿读者服务之中的基本方法。
The university library puts the employment education into the reader service, which is a new concept of reader service. Doing this work is conducive to the sustainable development of schools and social stability. Employment education includes helping graduates to establish employment confidence, educating them to abide by professional ethics, guiding them to design the job market image, correctly handling the relationship between desire and reality, and establishing new employment concepts. Changing the library’s service concept, opening up an employment education bulletin board, holding readership employment lectures, carrying out librarian’s contact activities and providing employment information are the basic methods for the library to carry out employment education throughout the reader’s service.
