宁波某钢铁是一个从原料到炼铁、炼钢、连铸、热轧等工序配套齐全、装备一流的大型现代化临海钢铁联合企业。公司主要生产设备为2座55孔焦炉,2座2500m3高炉,3座180t转炉,1座年产能180万吨双工位RH真空精炼炉,1条1780mm热连轧生产线,一期设计年产能为400万吨。生产车间的现场总线采用PROFIBUS-DP网络。项目主体装备均达到国内先进水平,并与国际接轨。
Ningbo is a steel from raw materials to ironmaking, steelmaking, continuous casting, hot-rolled and other processes fully furnished, equipped with first-class large-scale modern Linhai Iron and Steel Company. The company mainly produces two 55-hole coke oven, two 2500m3 blast furnace, three 180t converter, a production capacity of 1.8 million tons duplex RH vacuum refining furnace, a 1780mm hot rolling line, a design annual capacity 4 million tons. The production workshop field bus uses the PROFIBUS-DP network. The main project equipment have reached the advanced domestic level, and with the international standards.
