国务院总理温家宝2007年4月9日签发的《生产安全事故报告和调查处理条例》(国务院第493号令,以下简称《条例》)第6条规定,“工会依法参加事故调查处理,有权向有关部门提出处理意见”,进一步明确了工会组织在生产安全事故调查处理中的职责。
Article 6 of the Regulations on Reporting and Investigation of Production Safety Incidents (State Council Decree No. 493, hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) issued by Premier Wen Jiabao on April 9, 2007 stipulates that “the trade unions shall participate in accident investigation and handling in accordance with the law and shall have the power to notify the relevant Department put forward opinions on handling ”, further clarifying the responsibility of the trade union in the investigation and handling of production safety accidents.
